HOUSTON – Braun Enterprises has acquired Yorktown Plaza, a 196,000-square-foot office and retail complex on West Alabama near the Galleria.
Located in the 5300 block of West Alabama between Yorktown and Rice, Yorktown Plaza is currently 54 percent occupied. The property features two six-story office buildings and approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space.
HFF brokers Wally Reid and Kelly Layne represented the seller, Wedge Properties Management.
Based in Houston, Braun Enterprises has a track record of acquiring and redeveloping commercial properties across Texas, totaling roughly 3.5 million square feet.
