Stream Realty Partners Expands Houston Industrial Tenant Representation Team
Tyler Maner
HOUSTON – Stream Realty Partners is expanding its Houston industrial division by forming a dedicated tenant representation team led by Managing Director Tyler Maner.
The new team will bring on several real estate professionals and concentrate on representing tenants and owners of industrial properties throughout the Houston market.
“We’ve seen increasing demand from the market and from our strategic clients for a full-service platform that includes a strong tenant representation capability,” said Matteson Hamilton, Partner at Stream. “While we have previously worked in industrial tenant representation, we were looking for the right leader to build a team that reflects our culture and the deep market knowledge present across our organization.”
Stream recently purchased a 300-acre site in Brookshire for the Empire West Business Park industrial development. The property features 5,000 feet of frontage along Interstate 10 and Highway 90.
The first phase of Empire West Business Park will include three speculative industrial buildings totaling one million square feet.
Maner, a top producer at Stream, joined the firm in 2012 in Dallas and most recently played a key role in launching Stream’s Fort Worth office.
“With my background in tenant representation, I understand the importance of a team that prioritizes tenants and serves as a trusted partner to owners. That approach aligns with Stream’s core values, and the team we are assembling will be distinctly focused on that mission,” Maner said. He is joined by associate Heath Donica.
Stream’s industrial platform currently leases and manages more than 30 million square feet in the Houston region.
Nationwide, Stream employs over 850 real estate professionals and maintains regional offices in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Fort Worth, Greater Los Angeles, Houston, San Antonio, San Diego, and Washington, D.C.
