CONROE, Texas — Bauer-Pileco, a global supplier of foundation equipment and services for the foundation construction industry, has announced plans to build a new North American headquarters in Conroe Park North. The company will construct a 78,774-square-foot facility that combines office space with warehouse and service areas.
The planned building will include three stories of office space alongside dedicated warehouse and service sections. KDW, a Houston-based design/build general contractor, has been selected to lead the project.
Work is slated to begin this fall on the company’s 18.6-acre site, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2018.
Conroe sits roughly 40 miles north of Houston and experienced rapid growth in recent years. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Conroe was the fastest-growing city in the nation in 2016, recording an annual growth rate of 7.8 percent.
Conroe Park North is a 1,045-acre industrial park situated on FM 3083, approximately two miles east of I-45, offering ample space for industrial and corporate facilities.
Bauer-Pileco’s existing North American headquarters is nearby at 100 North FM 3083 in Conroe, and the new facility will expand the company’s local presence and operational capacity.
