Blazer Starts Construction on New Katy Apartment Complex

KATY, Texas – (Realty News Report) — Blazer has begun construction on Seville at Clay Crossing, a luxury apartment community. The development will consist of 351 units at the southeast corner of Grand Parkway (SH 99) and Clay Road in Katy.
Seville at Clay Crossing will include a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 684 to 1,640 square feet, offered as both flat and townhome-style units. Monthly rents are expected to start at approximately $1,060 and range up to about $2,040.
Architectural design was provided by Mucasey & Associates, with construction financing arranged through Trustmark Bank. Blazer will act as the project’s general contractor. Units are scheduled to be available for move-in by the fourth quarter of 2019.
The community will offer more than 8,000 square feet of resident amenities, including a large clubhouse, dedicated game and media areas, a fitness center and yoga studio, a swimming pool, grilling stations and a fire pit, among other features designed for resident convenience and leisure.
Headquartered in Houston, Blazer has developed more than 34,000 apartment homes across twelve states and currently manages approximately 3,800 units in 28 properties.
