CYPRESS (Realty News Report) – Caldwell Companies has announced a new office-condo project in Towne Lake, a master-planned community in Cypress, a suburb of Houston.
The development will include 17 single-story buildings and total approximately 56,250 square feet of office space at full build-out.
Designed for business owners who want the advantages of owning their workspace, the office condos will be priced from the $300,000s and will offer units ranging from about 1,250 to 5,000 square feet.
Currently under construction at 10242 Greenhouse Road near Tuckerton Road, Creekstone Office Condos at Towne Lake will comprise 45 upscale units laid out across the 17 buildings.
Each unit will be delivered move-in ready and will be available in several floor-plan configurations to suit a range of professional users.
The project is sited within Towne Lake, which was honored as the 2019 GHBA Master-Planned Community of the Year.
