AUSTIN – CBRE has been retained by Brandywine Realty Trust to lease a planned 25-story office tower at 405 Colorado, a project that will deliver approximately 200,000 square feet of office space.

The proposed building will feature a grand first-floor lobby, roughly 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 12 levels of parking providing more than 500 vehicle spaces.

Situated on the northeast corner of Fourth and Colorado Streets, 405 Colorado sits in the heart of Austin’s dynamic Warehouse District, a central and active part of downtown.

“With strong ownership, a prime location, and an increasingly tight central business district market, we expect 405 Colorado to lease quickly and become one of downtown Austin’s standout developments,” said Troy Holme, Executive Vice President at CBRE.

Brandywine Realty Trust’s portfolio is concentrated in key East Coast and Texas markets, including Philadelphia, Austin, and Washington, D.C.
