HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene has completed a merger with Heritage Texas Properties, creating one of the largest residential real estate firms in the country.
The combined Houston-based company now operates 24 offices with approximately 1,300 affiliated agents, placing it among the top 50 real estate brokerages in the United States.
Heritage Texas Properties’ offices will now operate under the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene banner. According to Real Trends, Gary Greene ranked No. 1 in sales volume in the market while Heritage Texas ranked No. 2.
Managing Partners Mark Woodroof and Marilyn Eiland will continue to lead Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.
Robin Mueck and Chaille Ralph, CEO and President of Heritage Texas Properties, respectively, will remain with the merged organization in leadership roles.
