PHOENIX – (Realty News Report) – Hines has announced the structural topping out of Adeline, a new residential high-rise at the Collier Center in downtown Phoenix.
Adeline rises 25 stories on a 1.46-acre site at 222 E. Jefferson Street and will include 75 studio, 179 one-bedroom, and 125 two-bedroom residences. Units will feature floor-to-ceiling windows to capture views across the city.
“We are pleased to be well on our way to completing our next development project in Phoenix, especially one that is setting a new bar for best-in-class residential amenities,” said Robert Trujillo, managing director at Hines.
Hines is also developing a significant multifamily tower in downtown Houston. The 46-story Houston project, Brava, will offer 373 units and will be among Downtown Houston’s tallest residential properties.
Preleasing for Adeline is scheduled to begin this summer, with first move-ins expected in the fall of 2021.
“It’s exciting to see Adeline take its place in the downtown Phoenix skyline and to bring our vision to fruition,” said Chris Anderson, senior managing director at Hines. “With the transformation of Talking Stick Arena and the variety of amenities at the Collier Center, we’re proud to be delivering a premier luxury residential tower with outstanding amenities in the heart of this neighborhood.”
Adeline’s amenity program responds to evolving lifestyle needs. The building will include expansive coworking spaces with breakout areas, personal cubbies and private conference rooms to support flexible work-from-home routines. Street-level frontage will provide roughly 4,500 square feet reserved for retail or restaurant use, enhancing the pedestrian experience.
Residents will enjoy an outdoor junior Olympic-size swimming pool, a 2,800-square-foot fitness center, an indoor great room with options for private and group seating, and a community kitchen. These features aim to create a full-service, community-centered living environment in downtown Phoenix.
Hines, based in Houston, is a privately owned global real estate investment, development and management firm founded in 1957. The company operates in more than 225 cities across 25 countries and manages approximately $144.1 billion in assets.
