HOUSTON – The Kings Cove Apartments in Kingwood, a community that sustained significant damage during Hurricane Harvey, have been fully repaired and modernized.

The 192-unit complex underwent an extensive renovation and repair program valued at approximately $6 million.

Kings Cove is asset-managed by National Asset Services, a Los Angeles-based firm overseeing the project.

“Being among the first properties in the area to reopen is gratifying, and we are proud to offer an improved living environment for Kings Cove residents,” said Karen E. Kennedy, president and founder of National Asset Services.

Located in King’s Harbor near Lake Houston, Kings Cove Apartments sits at 4920 Magnolia Cove Drive in Kingwood, Texas.

To mark the completion of the renovations, a Grand Re-Opening event is scheduled for April 19.

The apartment community received significant interior and exterior upgrades. Renovations include new stainless-steel appliances, white cabinetry, stained concrete floors, updated designer lighting, exposed ductwork with ten-foot ceilings, and private patios or balconies. Exterior and community enhancements include a refreshed swimming pool area with new furniture and tropical landscaping, an updated clubhouse, and improved common amenities.

Managed professionally by Greystar, Kings Cove offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from about 707 to 1,368 square feet, accommodating a variety of needs and household sizes.
