HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Colliers in Houston has added Doug Pack and Sam Hansen to lead its landlord representation team. “These highly experienced and respected professionals bring exceptional depth to our office landlord services platform,” said Patrick Duffy, President of Colliers in Houston. Prior to joining Colliers, Pack and Hansen were with NAI Partners and most recently served as Principals with Avison Young. Pack, a University of Houston graduate, also worked with Boxer Property early in his career.
MIAMI – Eileen Woods of The Boston Globe was elected 2022 president of NAREE, the National Association of Real Estate Editors. Jeff Collins of the Orange County Register serves as Chairman of the Board. Jason Hidalgo of the Reno Gazette-Journal was elected NAREE vice president. Katherine Clarke of The Wall Street Journal is treasurer, and Tony Wilbert of CoStar News is board secretary.
HOUSTON – NAI Partners has hired Garrett Mickal, an experienced commercial real estate appraiser and manager, as Senior Vice President in its Valuation & Advisory Services line of business. The firm also named Branon Pesnell, a veteran commercial real estate executive, as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Property Services.
BOSTON – Brian Testorf has been named vice president of JLL Valuation Advisory’s Hotels & Hospitality practice. In this newly created role, he will work with Managing Director Charlotte Kang to provide clients with hotel valuations and appraisals, market and impact studies, feasibility advisory, buy-side due diligence, and portfolio valuation and consulting services.
NEW YORK – KKR Real Estate Finance Trust announced that Kendra Decious has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
LOS ANGELES – John Sebree has been named CEO of the California Association of Realtors. Sebree succeeds Joel Singer, who announced his retirement earlier this year after 43 years of service with the association, including 32 years as CEO.
