HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – MetroNational has completed the sale of three suburban Houston office properties totaling 230,506 square feet. The properties are located at 2930 West Sam Houston Parkway, 10401 Centrepark Drive and 15150 Memorial Drive.
HFF brokers Dan Miller and Trent Agnew arranged separate buyers for each property. 2930 West Sam Houston Parkway was acquired by Amerix Capital. 10401 Centrepark Drive was purchased by Enterprise Holdings, Inc., and 15150 Memorial Drive was sold to S&B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd., which was represented by Mission Asset Marketing.
Both 2930 West Sam Houston Parkway, known as the Kempwood Building, and 10401 Centrepark Drive are situated along Beltway 8 in Houston’s West Belt submarket. Built in the early 2000s, these assets are 94.2 percent and 69.7 percent leased respectively to a largely investment-grade tenant roster that includes Enterprise Holdings, Canon Inc., Texas Capital Bancshares, Helmerich & Payne Inc. and Eco-Stim.
15150 Memorial Drive sits just west of the intersection of Memorial Drive and Eldridge Parkway in the heart of Houston’s Energy Corridor. The 5.7-acre site offers direct access to the Interstate 10 feeder and convenient connections to Highway 6 for north–south travel. Constructed in 1992, the 155,118-square-foot property was most recently vacant after serving as the headquarters for PGS Americas.
Founded in 1954, MetroNational owns and manages more than 9.7 million square feet of commercial real estate, primarily throughout Greater Houston. Its largest development is Memorial City in West Houston.
