HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Agellan Management Limited Partnership has appointed NAI Partners’ Landlord Services Division as the exclusive managing agent for its industrial portfolio in the Tampa and Sarasota, Florida areas. This marks NAI Partners’ first property management engagement outside the state of Texas.
The portfolio comprises three industrial facilities totaling just under 2,000,000 square feet. The properties include 6100 McIntosh Road in Sarasota (906,449 SF), 1820 Massaro Boulevard in Tampa (410,000 SF), and 6422 Harney Road in Tampa (617,706 SF). The NAI Partners Landlord Services Division Property Services team — led by Vice President of Property Services Chris Bosler and Senior Property Manager Ryan Fader — will lead operations from the new NAI Partners office in Tampa.
