New Homes Under Construction in Fulshear-Area Community

Vanbrooke is under development on the west side of Houston.

HOUSTON – Builders are nearing completion of the first model homes in Vanbrooke, a new residential community developed by Land Tejas.

Vanbrooke spans 250 acres and is situated on Houston’s west side, approximately four miles south of Interstate 10 near Highway 359, close to Fulshear. The community is designed to offer a range of housing options geared toward buyers seeking new construction in the area.

Homebuilders Anglia Homes, Long Lake Ltd., and Westin Homes are constructing residences on 45- and 55-foot lots. Several of the new homes in Vanbrooke will be priced under $300,000, providing affordable options for first-time buyers and families looking to relocate to West Houston.

This development represents Land Tejas’ seventeenth community and adds to the company’s substantial footprint in West Houston. Land Tejas’ previous projects in the region include Westheimer Lakes, Westheimer Lakes North, and Cardiff Ranch, all of which contributed to the firm’s reputation for planned residential neighborhoods.

Beyond West Houston, Land Tejas has developed communities in other parts of the Greater Houston area and nearby cities. Notable projects include Balmoral in Humble, Lago Mar in Texas City, and Miramesa at Canyon Lakes West in Cypress, reflecting the developer’s experience across a variety of markets and housing types.

With model homes nearing completion, Vanbrooke is positioned to welcome buyers soon, offering new construction, varied lot sizes, and price points that aim to meet local demand for quality, affordable homes.
