BELLAIRE – (Realty News Report) – Jacob White Construction has broken ground on Bissonnet Medical Plaza, a new medical office building within Loop 610.
The three-story Class A facility at 4460 Bissonnet Street at Newcastle Drive will provide more than 52,000 square feet of medical office space.
The project sits in the City of Bellaire, an area experiencing growth in medical development. Methodist Hospital recently leased about 108,000 square feet roughly one mile from the Bissonnet site.
Bissonnet Medical Plaza is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020. JLL brokers Tim Gregory and Mallory Douthit are handling leasing for the developer.
Building amenities will include a covered patient drop-off area, both surface and garage parking, and gurney-sized elevators to accommodate patient needs.
