Patterson-UTI Energy has leased more office space in Remington Square II.

HOUSTON — Patterson-UTI Energy, a leading oilfield services provider, has expanded its Houston headquarters by leasing an additional 11,600 square feet of office space at Remington Square II. With this addition, the company’s local headquarters now occupy a total of 52,822 square feet in the complex on West Sam Houston Parkway North.

The leasing transaction was completed with representation on both sides: Dan Boyles and Liz Westcott-Brown of NAI Partners represented Patterson-UTI Energy, while Ryan Bishop and Brad Fricks of Stream Realty acted on behalf of the landlord, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.

Patterson-UTI Energy operates one of the largest fleets of land-based drilling rigs and maintains a sizable inventory of pressure pumping equipment. Its contract drilling operations serve clients across the continental United States and western Canada. The company’s pressure pumping and oilfield rental tools divisions primarily support activity in Texas, the Mid-Continent and the Appalachian regions.

In addition to drilling and pressure pumping services, Patterson-UTI supplies drilling rig pipe-handling technology to drilling contractors across North America and select international markets. The company also holds non-operating working interests in oil and natural gas assets, with most of these investments located in Texas and New Mexico.
