HOUSTON – NAI Partners has appointed Travis L. Rodgers as Executive Vice President. In this newly created role, Rodgers will work closely with Managing Partner Jon Silberman and will oversee the firm’s executive management, operations, revenue management and growth initiatives. Rodgers joins NAI Partners after serving at Whitestone REIT.
HOUSTON – Eric Lestin, an experienced retail leasing professional, has been named Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office. Lestin previously served as Senior Vice President at CBRE and earlier worked with NewQuest Properties.

HOUSTON – NewQuest Properties announced a series of promotions within the company. Dave Ramsey has been promoted to Executive Vice President; Ramsey brings 32 years of industry experience and has overseen transactions involving 24,000 acres. Bob Conwell, Brad Elmore, Rebecca Le and Brad LyBrand were elevated from Vice President to Senior Vice President.
NewQuest also named several vice presidents: Austin Alvis, Ori Batagower, Glenn Dickerson, Josh Friedlander, Jon Jamison, Rachael Keener, John Nguyen, Shireen Owlia and Ashley Strickland. Danny McCormack, J.J. McDermott and Austen Baldridge were promoted from Associate to Senior Associate.

HOUSTON – Adam Bray has joined Liberty Property Trust’s Houston office as Associate Director of Leasing. Bray will manage leasing responsibilities for the company’s approximately 10 million square-foot Houston portfolio, transferring to Houston from Liberty’s Minnesota office.
