HOUSTON — RigNet, a global provider of digital technology solutions for the energy sector, has signed a lease for 28,808 square feet of office space at Park Ten Plaza in Houston’s Energy Corridor. The lease increases occupancy at the 155,140-square-foot property to approximately 83 percent.
Stream Realty Senior Vice President Brad Fricks represented the landlord, USAA Real Estate Co., while Joe Peddie of Cushman & Wakefield represented RigNet.
“RigNet’s decision to relocate its corporate headquarters to Park Ten Plaza reflects an upgrade in their facilities and underscores the company’s growth and commitment to its workforce,” Fricks said. As part of the lease agreement, the building owner committed to adding a conference center and a fitness center among the property’s amenities.
Park Ten Plaza is situated near Interstate 10 at 15115 Park Row, centrally positioned within Houston’s Energy Corridor. The office building was completed in early 2000 and offers convenient access to major thoroughfares and nearby energy industry employers.
