HOUSTON — Lincoln Property Company has reported 52,464 square feet of leasing activity at Brookhollow Central, a three-building, 804,541-square-foot development on the North Loop. Brian Strait handled leasing on behalf of Lincoln Property Company. The project is currently 63% leased, with roughly 296,000 square feet still available across the three buildings.

Recent Brookhollow Central leasing activity includes several tenants and their representatives: Integranet Health, represented by Jack Warmington and Neal Golden of NGKF; Innowatts, represented by Drew Firestone and Noah Kruger of Savills; BancorpSouth Bank, represented by Eugene Terry of JLL; Colt Midstream, represented by John Amini of CBRE; and Kitchell, represented by Emily Howard-Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield.


HOUSTON — NAI Partners arranged the sale of a 16.8-acre site at 5550 Bingle Road to Trammell Crow Residential, which has begun construction on Allora Northwest Crossing, a 378-unit multifamily project. NAI Partners’ Chris Caudill represented the buyer, Maple Bingle Apartments, LP, an affiliate of Trammell Crow Residential. The sellers’ group, led by Claude B. Anello, was represented by NAI Partners’ Clay Pritchett and Zane Carman.


Taylor Schmidt, Reed Vestal and John Erck of Lee & Associates – Houston represented an undisclosed seller in the sale of 65.53 acres at 0 Highway 90A in Rosenberg, Texas. The buyer, Kingdom Management, LLC, was represented by Travis Land and A.J. Williams of NAI Partners – Houston.


Stahl renewed its lease for 70,280 square feet at Freeport Business Center on N. Promenade Boulevard. Bob Berry of Savills represented the tenant. Landlord representation for DRA Advisors came from Jeremy Lumbreras and Boone Smith of Stream Realty Partners.


Lee & Associates – Houston represented Shepherd Real Estate, LLC in the sale of a 20,000-square-foot industrial property at 6003 North Shepherd in Houston. Patrick Wolford and Stephen Kuper represented the seller. The buyer was NND Real Estate, LLC.


Path to Prosperity signed a lease for 10,800 square feet at Long Point Business Center, 6600 Long Point Road. Patrick McKiernan of First Houston Properties represented the tenant. The landlord, Agellan Commercial REIT, was represented by Boone Smith and Garret Geaccone of Stream Realty Partners.


THE WOODLANDS — Glimpse Eye Care will open soon at Creekside Park West, the newest 70,000-square-foot retail component of Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands.


HOUSTON — W Kitchen recently leased 1,800 square feet in Lakeside Village Shopping Center at 10928 Westheimer Road. Kathy King of Edge Realty Partners represented the landlord.


TEXAS CITY — Media Riders leased office space in the Texas City Professional Building at 2501 Palmer Highway from Al Azhar Properties. Ronnie L. Miranda of 713CRE represented the landlord.


Ordinary Concepts signed a lease for 2,865 square feet at Fairway Business Park, 10606 Hempstead Road. Garret Geaccone and William Carpenter of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Brennan Investment Group.


Scrubs to the Rescue, LLC leased 1,300 square feet at Southway Shopping Center, 8150 South Gessner. Founded by healthcare professionals, the company offers hand-selected medical scrubs and accessories. Kathy King of Edge Realty Partners represented the landlord, ARC SWHOUTX001, LLC, and Melissa Gerber Brams of Gerber Realty represented the tenant.


Green Explosion signed a lease for 3,600 square feet at Southport Business Park, 6001–6021 S. Loop Freeway E. Cesar de la Guardia with CBI Realty represented the tenant. Boone Smith and Garret Geaccone of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Agellan Commercial REIT.


SUGAR LAND — Sylvan Learning Center leased space in First Colony Commons Shopping Center at 15425 Southwest Freeway and Williams Trace Boulevard for an individualized tutoring and education center serving K–12 students. The tenant was represented by Hugh Herman of Cushman & Wakefield; the landlord was represented by Kristen Barker and Katherine Wildman of Wulfe & Co.


HOUSTON — Geo Corp Inc. leased 2,242 square feet of office space in The Offices at Westheimer, 5959 Westheimer Road, from PHCG Investments Inc. Ronnie L. Miranda of 713CRE represented the landlord.


Atlantic Clothing signed a lease for 19,221 square feet at Turning Basin Industrial Park, 2025 Turning Basin Drive. Matteson Hamilton and Jeremy Lumbreras represented the landlord, CenterPoint Properties Trust.


HOUSTON — NewQuest Properties is launching a dedicated Asia-Pacific division to expand its international retail presence. Heather Nguyen will lead NewQuest Asia-Pacific Retail, drawing on a team of experienced brokers and affiliates across China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam. NewQuest managing partner Jay Sears will play a central role in overseeing capital investments.


SANTA FE — Grote Oilfield, LLC purchased a one-acre tract at 8011 Highway 6 in Santa Fe, Galveston County, from 7 Sinclair Holdings Co. Ronnie L. Miranda of 713CRE represented the buyer; the seller was self-represented.


HOUSTON — Boomtown Coffee signed a lease for 5,603 square feet at Fairway Business Park, 2517 Fairway Park Drive. Garret Geaccone and William Carpenter represented the landlord, Brennan Investment Group.
